The objective of the Women’s fund for climate resilient agriculture is to facilitate the adoption of climate-resilient agricultural practices. In addition, farmers have indicated that the fund indirectly catalyzes many changes at the household level, including the ability to afford better healthcare, education for their children and other benefits. By investing in rural women farmers, it is possible to accelerate progress towards several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
